You should receive a response within 24 hours.

 Will I see a proof of my design before my order is produced?

Yes!  Our professional designers will create a design using your picture(s) and text, and you will receive a proof via e-mail of the final layout before it goes to print.  If you request any changes, just reply to your e-mail with your new ideas, and we will get a new proof to you right away.  

 Is it possible to see more than one proof setup to help me make my choice?

We are here to give your design a personal touch.  All of our designs are created by professional designers, and we make sure to take the time to alter each layout to best fit your individual image, message, and personal taste.  We value your creative opinion, and we want to ensure that you are pleased with your final product.  We are happy to provide you with as many design proofs as you need to help you make the perfect choice.

All design proofs are free of charge.

 How soon will I receive my proof after placing my order?

Once your order has been received and verified, a proof will be designed and e-mailed to you.  In most cases, proofs are sent within 24 hours of your order.

 May I order a custom design?

Of course!  We can create a unique, one-of-a-kind design for you for any of our personalized gifts.  We have an hourly charge of $30 for graphic design.

 How do I place a re-order?

Need a few extra cards or another keepsake box?  We make it easy for you to re-order your items by sending us an e-mail of how many of each item you need.  If you have paid by credit card, your number is in our database.  If you would like to pay by check or PayPal, an invoice will be sent to you.

 Can horizontal designs on photo greetings be converted to vertical, and vice-versa?
Yes, any of our card layouts can be converted to fit your photo just perfect.  When you place your order, if your photo is of vertical orientation and you've ordered a horizontal card, you will automatically receive multiple proofs of your design in a horizontal and vertical layout.

 How soon will I receive my order?
We understand the importance of getting your items in time for your special occasion.  Most orders ship within 48 hours of proof approval.  Seasonal traffic and inventory may affect your order shipment, and notification will be given in such cases.

 Can I track my order online?
We use both UPS and USPS for outgoing orders.  When a tracking number is available, it will be included in your shipment confirmation e-mail.

 I make a mistake on the item I ordered.  Is it possible to get a replacement?
It's easy to make a mistake, especially when it comes to spelling and dates!  Make sure to pay careful attention when reviewing your proof to double check it for accuracy.  In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer it to you at a 10% discount.  If the error is on our part, we will offer a replacement to you free of charge.
