We want to ensure that your gifts will create lasting memories and provide years of enjoyment. Each item we carry must meet our strict standards for workmanship and design. Every item is artfully customized to meet your customizations, and before an order ships from our studio, it is inspected for quality and accuracy.
Plastic Trees stands behind the quality of every product we sell. We understand how important your memories are, and we guarantee our products against defect due to manufacturing. If your order it is not free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a replacament identical item.
Cancellations and changes must be made by 10:00 p.m. Mountain Time of the same day you place your order.
Arrangement for return and exchange must be made within 30 days of receipt. Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship.
Final design proofs are always submitted for approval prior to printing. Once a proof has been approved as is, Plastic Trees cannot be held responsible for any spelling or grammatical errors. In the event that an error has been made, we do offer a replacement item at 10% discount.
Please keep in mind that we can only produce great quality if we are given suitable images to work with. We can only guarantee orders in which quality images are submitted. If you feel you image is below acceptable standards, is extremely dark, grainy, has extreme color casts, or is out of focus, chances are that although we quite likely will be able to improve upon it, you may still be unhappy with the results. If you are concerned about the potential quality of your original image, please send us an online inquiry. We will be more than happy to take a look at your image via email and give you our honest opinion.
