Orders placed online, through plastictreesstudio.com, are received by our personnel Monday through Friday, between the hours of 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. Mountain time. A confirmation e-mail with a copy of your invoice and order details will be sent after the placement of an order. A second notification will be sent regarding available design proofs. A third notification will be sent upon completion and shipment of the order. The status of any order may also be checked at any time by entering the invoice number in the "Check Order Status" box on the gifts home page. Once tracking information is available, you may track your package from this location.
Our normal turnaround time for your first design proof is typically one business day. Subsequent to design approval, your order should be shipped within two business days. During the holiday season (October through December) we may need to extend our due times. In this event, we will contact you with information on any delay associated with your order.
If, after approving your proof, you discover that you have personalized your item(s) incorrectly, or you have changed your mind as the the design selection, please e-mail us immediately, as production may not have started. We want your complete satisfaction; therefore, we will hold your order until we hear from you again. Changes in text design or placement after final approval of the proof will result in a $10 charge. Changes cannot be made to the design selection after proof approval.
