 Regular Shipping and Handling |
We will personalize and ship most items in 2-5 business days. However, some items may be out of stock or on backorder at the time of your order. These items cannot be expedited, and you will receive notification in such cases. Please refer to individual product pages for details.
We ship via USPS or UPS to any United States destination or APO address. International orders ship via USPS Global Priority. To check on the status of an existing order, please use our Check Order Status form.
All orders are subject to a $2.00 handling charge.

| Shipping to Multiple Addresses |
When shipping items on the same order to multiple addresses, you will be charged $3.95 for each additional ship-to address.

UPS Next Day and 2nd Day service is available for an additional fee.

Some of our merchandise requires additional shipping charges for heavy or over-sized items. Additional charges are listed in the product description for individual items.
Each order has a $2 handling fee for personalized items. This is a single fee for the entire order.

| International Shipping |
We offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping rates vary according to the destination country and the weight of the item ordered. Charges will be calculated on each individual order. Additional customs and duty taxes may be charged on international orders. The customer is responsible for these fees.
Delivery time to locations outside the United States will vary by product ordered, country, and province. We cannot guarantee ship times for international shipments due to customs delays that are outside of our control.
